我想這個是英國一般家庭裡, 最常出現的小茶點了吧, 很容易做, 也很好吃, 不過我後來才知道那上面的 " 奶油 " 是如何做出來的, 一邊吃一邊想, 這大概要走上 2 個小時的路才消耗的掉吧
但我不吃, 就太對不起自己了 ( 對!! 就是這麼愛吃才會瘦不下來, 肥死活該 )

材料:
蛋糕的部份:
115g/4oz self-raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
115g/4oz butter, softened
115g/4oz golden caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 lemon
2-4 tbsp milk
icing sugar, for dusting
內餡的部份:
55g/2oz butter
115g/4oz icing sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
做法:
1.Preheat the oven to 190C/375F, Place 12 paper cases in a bun tin. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add the butter, sugar, eggs, and enough milk to give a medium-soft consistency. Beat the mixture thoroughly until smooth, then divide between the paper cases and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until well risen and golden. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
2.To make the filling, place the butter in a bowl. Sift in the icing sugar and add the lemon juice. Beat well until smooth and creamy. When the cakes are quite cold, use a sharp-poined vegetable knife to cut a circle from the top of each cake, then cut each circle in half.
3.Spoon a little buttercream into the centre of each cake and press the 2 semi-circular pieces into it to resemble wings. Dust the cakes with sifted icing sugar before serving
朋友告訴我, 蛋糕的部份其實用 Victoria sponge 就夠了, 另外也可以保持蛋糕完整, 將 icing sugar 加食用色素抹在蛋糕上面, 再加以裝飾也很讚喔
